General Memetics is a small (~10 persons) project-oriented team of mutually-committed Possibility Managers. Together we develop, document, and deliver powerful tools and processes for facilitating personal, organizational, and global shift to next culture… all open-code, and all copyleft. We also train others how to train others to do this to so as to increase the number and effectiveness of authentic shift agents on Earth.
We are sure there are more of us out there. You will reveal yourself through studying our books and websites, participating in Expand The Box (a 4 day training) plus 10 Possibility Labs (to start with), and co-creating our objectives without our permission. When we happen to look up from washing the dishes or programming game sequences and see you working joyously at our elbows we will recognize that you have become part of the General Memetics team.

BRIDGE BUILDING TO ARCHEARCHY
Through video, websites, gaming and writing, General Memetics facilitates culture-shift from patriarchal empire to the sustainable cultures emerging from the context of radical responsibility – called “archearchy.” (In archearchal cultures, archetypally initiated adult women are creatively collaborating with archetypally initiated adult men.) There are four steps across the bridge from patriarchy (modern culture) to archearchy (next culture):
Step 1. FIND – It can be shocking to discover modern culture’s thought limits, and simultaneously discover there are paths that lead over the unknown into evolved cultural territories. It can be even more shocking to learn these cultures are not theoretical but in fact have been already working for decades, with implemented solutions on the ground. Step 2. LEARN – Those already moving ahead of us on the culture-shift bridge can show us how to take a diverse variety of our own next steps through four-body learning, which is quite different from the intellectual understanding offered in traditional schooling. We start taking personal evolutionary steps across the bridge. (see www.nextculture.org)
Step 3. GIVE – At some point our further steps occur through giving away and sharing what we have already learned. Thus we move forward by turning around and supporting those coming onto the bridge after us, or those getting stuck somewhere along the way. To serve others we need to learn effective delivery of both healing and initiatory processes. (see Trainer Training at www.ncrtc.eu)
Step 4. LIVE – Eventually you find or create your own autonomous, resilient, sustainable, self-governing, highly-networked, village settlements. It may be your job to live in and co-create the evolution of such a village. (see www.ecovillage.org) However, some of us have the job to return back to the bridge we crossed to serve as a trainer or facilitator (the next culture shaman) to help more people across the bridge. NEXT CULTURE RESEARCH & TRAINING CENTER (NCRTC)
NCRTC is part of General Memetics and a member of the Trainer Guild, and specializes in providing collaborative experiences designed to strengthen other projects in their next culture endeavors through:
1. COMMUNITY SHIFT
Navigating evolutionary and healing processes in complex dynamic groups such as communities, project teams, and villages. Each community-shift process is a 3 to 5 day long custom-designed rapid learning environment.
2. POSSIBILITY TRAINER TRAINING
Through Trainer Labs NCRTC efficiently trains-up a particularly effective sort of shift agent called a Possibility Trainer in applying the nonlinear tools, thoughtmaps and processes of Possibility Management, and in training other Trainers.
3. POSSIBILITY MANAGEMENT
Through Trainer Guild, the NCRTC team is ongoingly developing, documenting and delivering new Possibility Management tools, thoughtmaps, and adulthood initiatory processes from archearchy. Possibility Management is open-code, license free, and continuously evolving.
