Since his childhood, Cristallin Toullec has been involved in experiences oriented towards the knowledge of the self. Through his curiosity and interest in human functionning, he has always been fascinated by psychology and pedagogy. He has been involved in group projects, team work and group animation.
After one year of studying medecine and two years in an osteopathic school in France, Cristallin went to Montréal, Quebec to complete his degree, a place of excellence in the osteopathic tradition.
In parrallel with his osteopathic studies, from 2000 to 2003, in order to widen his field of knowledge, he follows courses at Mc Gill University (Bachelor equivalent) and obtains three minors in russian language and litterature, world religion and health science.
In 2002, he starts working in a multi- disciplinary health clinic.
In 2004, he starts studying the psychosomatic dimension of physical problems to develop a more holistic approach and acquire complementary tools to better answer the needs of his patients.
In the spring of 2005, he forms a small group and creates a research project about the major factors influencing the psychological health of individuals.
In 2007, the Preconception Research Institute emerges from this work, studying especially the psychological influence of parents on the child and the elaboration of the notion of parental psychological preparation before conception: Preconception.
In the same year, after three years of research, he presents his thesis on osteopathy and oculomotricity, he did in collaboration with optometrists of the Montreal region.
In 2008, he continues to enlarge his work tools becoming an NLP master practitioner (Neuro Linguistic Programming), commonly used in psychotherapy and coaching.
In February 2008, Cristallin brings his competency and his experience about psychology and project preconceptions to BeVolution. BeVolution is a society created by experienced entrepreneurs who support chosen entrepreneurs needing complementary skills to realize their business projects.
Since 2009, he moved to IDEAL society (Institute for the Developement of Education, Arts and Leasure) and is involved in general development, holistic health sector and educational programs as one of the development managers.
I.D.E.A.L. society, is a non-profit organization, founded in 1996 by PhD Natacha Kolesar. I.D.E.A.L. became a NGO in 2005 with a special consultative status. I.D.E.A.L. has established a center where sixty people, including professionals and their families, live. Our focus is holistic education, arts, wellness and environmental development. I.D.E.A.L. offers services, educational programs and activities thoughout the Kootenays in BC.
