Schloss Tempelhof e.V. lädt ein zum gemeinsamen Feiern und Kennenlernen, Workshops zur Gemeinschaftsbildung & Vorstellung von verschiedenen Gemeinschaftsinitiativen. Unsere Zeit ruft genau nach dem, was wir tun – unsere eigene Sehnsucht als Chance zu begreifen und Herzensmut zu entwickeln – für sich selbst, für ein gelebtes „Wir“ und für unsere Erde. Wie Harald Welzel in seinem Buch Selbst Denken schreibt: „ … damit die Zukunft wieder ein Versprechen und keine Bedrohung ist.“ Erfreulicherweise entstehen immer mehr Gemeinschaftsprojekte. Wir laden Euch herzlich ein, an diesen Tagen an unseren Erfahrungen teilzuhaben, bewährte Wege zu einer gelingenden Gemeinschaftsgründung auszutauschen, Eure eigenen Projekte vorzustellen, Euch miteinander zu verbinden und gemeinsam offene Fragen des Zusammenlebens und -arbeitens zu bewegen und das Gemeinschaftsnetzwerk weiter auszubauen und zu stärken. We’d love to join any others in the city who are following the Summit! Please come join us for viewing and discussion! We are a small family of 4, with aspirations of starting an eco village some day.

I am proposing to meet to watch the summit talks together, discuss what come up for us and share ideas and dreams for starting a new project. I can host at our place near Castelo de Vide and Portalegre where a small eco community project is emerging.

Conflicts/disagreements exist because of our differences – the differences in our needs, moral values and motivations… Sometimes we connect with each other through these differences, sometimes we come across to each other. There is no problem with the disagreements, in other words “coming across,” the question is what we do with this disagreement. It is important to lead our conflicts, because either we love them or not they require our energy. In fact we spend most of our energy and attention on unsolved conflicts. Probably all of us have experienced how tiring an unsolved conflict is. It is not always easy to solve the problem, but when we do it gives us big energy. It requires an ability to solve conflicts. In this practice we will start on the definition and dynamics of conflicts/disagreements, and helpful attitudes to solve them.
