1. Inventory of the biodiversity of the green species
Each member of the association is invited to make a scientific research of biodiversity to establish an inventory or a census of the trees, plants and flowers with photos that exist or that can withstand the climate of the willaya of Sidi Bel Abbes.
Once this first steps is completed, we will have to do:
 Classify species according to scientific criteria.
 Collect information about each species (type of soil supported, watering rate, planting period, how planted … etc.)
 Creation of the reference guide on behalf of the association and bringing together all the data collected.
Once this guide is finalized, we are looking for a partner who will take care of printing a hundred copies for free or at a reasonable price.
This guide will be a reference for us and for others so it will help us in the creation of the two nurseries that of the trees and that of the plants and the flowers and for the creation of the vegetable garden that will nourish our three projects Educ-green, Green, city-flowered.
2. Educ-Green Project
It is a partnership project with the Directorate of National Education. For your information, the partnership agreement is already signed by the Secretary-General of the Directorate of Education. An original copy is present at the head office of the Association.
The first step in this project is to target schools. We have already chosen Meftahi High School in the city center, We are waiting for your proposals for other establishments.
Each group of members of the association will be responsible for the development of the project within one of the selected schools.
Mission:
The project consists of
1. Development of green spaces
The Association organizes the different green spaces, Depending on the available space we will:
 Plant trees and shrubs
 Planting plants
 Plant flowers.
 Creation of organic vegetable garden.
 Carrying out manual work plant pots and wooden nie for birds.
 Sodding.
2. Youth Awareness and Training
The students who join the association as part of this project will be trained by the members of the association thanks to its internal projects (planting method, watering …) and will be integrated in the project City -verte and town flowered for reforestation on the north side of the city.
3. Integration of a management system
The students trained will have the task of maintaining the facilities and provide training to other students to have continuity within each institution even in the absence of the association.
4. The revival of manual work
The association launches the manual work. Students will make wooden pots or vats for plants and flowers. And who will then place at the entrance of the administration or the main entrance of the establishment.
