What we do

High Energy Sanctuary is a sustainable permaculture ecovillage for artists and engineers. What began as a dream more than a decade ago has since evolved into a living model where creativity, sustainability, and innovation converge.
The Sanctuary’s self-sufficient infrastructure integrates permaculture principles with environmentally friendly technologies. Year-round food production is achieved through climate-controlled aquaponics greenhouses and food forests. Water conservation systems like dew collection, rainwater harvesting, and greywater recycling support our water supply. The village’s dome and torus-shaped homes are energy-efficient and disaster-resistant.
At the heart of the Sanctuary’s mission is the creation of a scalable, replicable model for a new operating system for life—one built on sustainability, community, and innovation. The village seeks to demonstrate how people and technology can thrive in harmony with nature, offering a path forward for both personal growth and societal evolution.
Residents contribute six hours per week to village operations, a collective effort that ensures the community’s smooth functioning while leaving plenty of space for individual pursuits. This shared responsibility strengthens the bonds between residents and enhances the collaborative spirit at the core of the Sanctuary’s vision.
Guided by a strong commitment to ethical living and inclusivity, the village promotes creativity, fairness, and transparency. Decisions are made collectively, ensuring that all voices are heard, with governance systems designed to empower residents to shape their shared existence. High Energy Sanctuary is an evolving experiment in conscious, sustainable living, always aiming to inspire others with its vision for a better world.
