Everybody has started with a first step: with fear, unclarity, previous failures but
also strength. Hearing, feeling and seeing examples of people who have “made
it” is one of the most encouraging things we can encounter. We love to invite
succesfull people and ask them about their projects and personal path. We ask
them about their inner strength, where they got the courage from, how did they
walk their own way. And everybody tells the same story: it was hard, they fell,
they were scared, the didn’t know how to proceed and then… they succeeded.
That’s real inspiration.

Often young entrepreneurs think
â—Ź They are alone with their ideas and only they have problems!
â—Ź Everybody else knows what they want to do and only I have fears!
â—Ź How did anybody ever start up something?
In this way people don’t dare to realise their visions or start moving. In the
beginning of an entrepreneurial journey it looks never ending, impossible or
frightening.
“Tell your story: Yes, tell your story. Show your example. Tell everyone it’s
possible, and others shall feel the courage, to climb their own mountains” – Paulo
Coelho
