La cooperación promueve el desarrollo de habilidades que equilibran la dinámica competitiva con un funcionamiento basado en la confianza, tanto entre los niños y jóvenes como hacia el monitor.

Nos parece importante que las generaciones futuras tengan acceso a estas herramientas y a su puesta en práctica. Entendemos que forma parte de nuestra responsabilidad como adultos el facilitar el acceso a una vida más plena y satisfactoria en la cual puedan desarrollar su papel de ciudadanos del mundo.

A través de juegos, actividades físicas y momentos de reflexión, este taller se centra en cómo adquirir y enseñar las siguientes habilidades sociales:
– La dinámica cooperativa y la participación a un esfuerzo común
– El Acercamiento a otra forma de jugar
– El cambio de las reglas del juego hacia la creación de desafió cooperativos
– La capacidad de escucha
– El respeto hacia el otro, reflejo del respeto hacia uno mismo
– El apoyo mutuo
– La creatividad

Los monitores tendrán nuevas herramientas para crear grupos de niños y jóvenes y hacerles entrar en una dinámica de colaboración.
– Introducción teórico-practica a los principios esenciales de la cooperación.
– Actividades cooperativas lúdicas con o sin material
– Actividades de comunicación no violenta
– Cómo utilizar un proyecto como catalizador de la cooperación

NISSII CHRISTIAN ACADEMY, INTEGRATED COMMUNITY PROJECT

Nissii Christian Academy is a child rights-focused organization that upholds well being of the children and conserves the environment to retain the dignity of the mother earth..we work closely with the community members, specifically women, youths, children and volunteers we further collaborate and work in liaison with the government agencies, local CBOs (Community based organizations)/NGOs and local faith-based organizations, as key stakeholders to enable meet both our short and long term objectives. Nissi Christian Academy is a nonprofit organization, found in Kisui Village along the shore of Lake Victoria where fishing activity is the key economic activities besides peasant farming and micro business activities. For along time children rights have been violated and many children are subjected to different form of child labour, early marriage, rape and defilement beatings and all frustrations. Many children are left orphans and vulnerable due to HIV/AIDS , insecurity (ethnicity division and classes) and other forms of illness attributed to poor and inadequate health facilities around. The situation is heart touching and goes beyond paper explanation. Come and feel !!!! Due to high poverty level around the environment has never been spared as it seen as key source of survival through cutting of fire wood and charcoal burning attributing to a high level of deforestation, lowering the dignity of the mother earth. Nissii Christian Academy has come in-front to safe guard the children and the environment. We therefore plan for a major campaign in December 2019 and we intend to the whole community , all Government agencies and civil societies organization, international well wishers and volunteers to join us in this campaign to help us work for the children and the mother earth and community participatory approach will be the key methodology . Certificación en Diseño de Sistemas Ecológicos (PDC)

Ver información completa en http://tierramor.org/educacion/dse-cdp-eronga2017/ Evento en Facebook: Diseño de Sistemas Ecológicos – Curso de Diseño de Permacultura Un entrenamiento intensivo en el diseño regenerativo de sistemas eco-sociales, incluye prácticas de campo, exposiciones teóricas, presentaciones audio-visuales, ejercicios vivenciales, dinámicas grupales, investigación activa y visitas a proyectos. Dirigido a todas las personas interesadas en desarrollar nuevas formas de producción y consumo, y en establecer estilos de vida sostenibles y regenerativos. El programa se basa, incorpora y extiende el currículum convencional de 72 horas para el “Certificado de Diseño de Permacultura”. La duración total es de más de 100 horas de contenido teórico-práctico distribuido a lo largo de 13 días. El programa se apoya en 30 años de investigación activa y experiencias prácticas, en los diferentes dominios de acción de la “vida holística”, y 15 años desarrollando los sistemas en una granja ecológica familiar, el lugar sede del curso.
