Join us for an online or in-person event to learn with leading practitioners, facilitators, thinkers, and peers in Kincentric leadership and deepen your kincentric practice.

While our weeklong retreats in 2023 require an application and are part of our pilot Kincentric leadership programme, we also regularly host open events online. You can find our upcoming retreats and workshops here: https://www.kincentricleadership.org/events.

Immersive retreats

The 4 retreats are entry points into the 18-month leaders programme. Read more about what’s involved in the leadership programme here. Our aim for these retreats is to provide diverse spaces for transformative experiences, inspiration and deep inquiry, always with an eye to practical application in your work as a leader – whether in a field, organisation, community or other.

This month, The Kincentric team will gather for our third (*fully booked) immersive retreat in Findhorn Ecovillage to explore Kincentric Leadership as a way of Life in “More than Human Community.” For those of you who have signed up – we look forward to meeting you soon!

Registration for our next retreat in Auroville, India is now live! Sign up now to join the kincentric team from December 8th – 16th 2023 as we work together “Leading from within the Wider Web of Life.”

Workshops & events

In these online and in-person events, we aim to learn with leading kincentric practitioners and make their wisdom available to all.

Please join us for a collaborative event in partnership with St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation & Peace, London Monday, October 2nd from 6PM – 8PM UK time for an evening of conversation on faith, courage, and kinship with all life with Dr. Lyla June Johnston (aka Lyla June), an Indigenous musician, scholar, and community organizer of Diné (Navajo), Tsétsêhéstâhese (Cheyenne) and European lineages.

“Dr. Lyla June Johnston and Angharad Wynne will share how their respective Indigenous traditions guide them to cultivate kinship with all life. The evening will juxtapose Native American (Dine’ Nation) and Welsh Indigenous traditions in an exchange with one another.”
