What we do

Eotopia is an experimental space where we experiment a way of life that’s the most natural possible. We are open to visitors, looking for new members as well. We have a set of strong values such as veganism, gift economy, permaculture, and unschooling. We have been on site since June 2016 and we have 8 full-time residents so far. The place is 3 hectares with a house and some barns.
Our current vision is:
Eotopia is a forest.
We’re part of an ecosystem where beings learn and experiment in harmony with nature. Every one of us is conscious of the living world and its limited resources.
In the forest, we cooperate and exchange in an atmosphere of confidence. By listening to our personal needs and those of others, we approach inner love and peace. We grow together and we find balance through horizontality and equity. Our diversity is a source of resilience and our joyful simplicity is a path towards abundance.
Eotopia offers an alternative space of harmony in a world of constant acceleration. We expand the forest by opening our arms and our paths for all. We have confidence in everyone to do their best for the forest to spread.

Social Media Intern for GEN International Hours: Up to 20/month, flexible around your schedule and availability Location: Remote, work with Eva Goldfarb Focus: Instagram + LinkedIn (TikTok if you’re into it!) Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content. Plus you’ll be talking to people living some of the most interesting, intentional lives on the planet. If storytelling for a better world sounds like your kind of fun, let’s talk.

Wake up and start dreaming !

Los Portales organizes an experiential workshop on working with dreams, a tool to connect to your strength and integrate it, enhancing your ability to consciously take part in the design of both your and the planet’s futures. The increasingly chaotic and insecure times we live in now urgently require us to trust ourselves as never before, to be aware of the real power we have to change things. We need to investigate our individual and collective creative potential in search of innovative solutions that dreams copiously provide. The workshop will be practical and experience-based and is aimed both at people who have an interest in better understanding their dreams, as well as those who seek to get to know themselves better and enhance their processes of change. It will also be very useful for therapists who want to apply this tool more in their work. Rosalie Poskin is a Jungian psychotherapist, family and organizational constellator, conflict facilitator, consultant in organizations, has been trained in Process Work psychology. She has integrated into her work techniques of energetic psychology and shamanism. You will learn to bring out the essential message of each dream for you and others various ways and techniques to explore dreams how to broaden your identity by integrating more parts, more facets of yourself how to get out of the collective dream that transforms us into powerless victims, how to access the power that is within you and express it safely how to follow the natural flow of your energies what is the purpose of your life, your “personal myth” to access creative solutions for your personal challenges but also for collective ones Dates: 1-2-3 May 2020 Hours: Friday and Saturday 10:00-18:00 – Sunday 10:00-16:00 Price : 180 € (plus food & accommodation)
