Working and living in Wendland – joint project is looking for comrades-in-arms
Are you longing for a sustainable life in community? Do you simply need more space and space for your work or leisure time? Are you looking for a place where you want to grow old? Do you think it makes sense to own and manage land and living space together? Are you interested in networking, exchange and internationality? Would you like an adventure play forest for your child and the child in you? Would you like to celebrate and maybe even feel like organizing cultural events?
We want to work, live and live together on a three-hectare forest property. The town of Dannenberg is only 15 minutes by bike from us. There are supermarkets, schools, doctors, a health food store and a hardware store. In a historic vehicle hall (500 m²) and a former gas testing facility (130 m²), we are planning to create work and living space for up to 15 adults plus children. There should also be guest trailers and space for volunteers. Here we can let our thirst for adventure run free, build tree houses and do handicrafts, create sustainable facilities, create a climate change-resistant forest garden, try out vegetable beds and permaculture, celebrate festivals and whatever else you can think of. A former shooting range in the middle of the forest offers a very special flair. We are attracted by the great potential for retreat and freedom, self-determined work and building a community in the middle of nature. This requires a lot of hands, a lot of energy and, of course, a lot of money. We are looking for fellow campaigners who are constantly on site and are not planning to use it exclusively at weekends.

Our project "Munaland" is still looking for people who want to build a sustainable place to live with us in Wendland. We would like to have as diverse a group as possible and are therefore currently looking for singles, single parents, BIPoCs and queers. All ages are welcome! On an old barracks site, we have already bought a great property (approx. 3 hectares) with lots of forest, space, 2 houses and great potential for your ideas :) Conscious communication among each other, openness to community life and the willingness to actively participate in the success of this project are important to us. Interested? More information at www.munaland.de
