As a founding resident, you will:

If you are curious about our community, please don't hesitate to reach out. We are looking for founding residents and are open building a lasting positive impact together.

Joining Olive Juice as a resident is a journey of mutual trust and alignment. To ensure compatibility and shared purpose, we follow these steps:

1. Volunteer Period (First Month):
Begin as a volunteer contributing 10 Euros per day to cover food expenses.
A 32-hour weekly work contribution is expected during this and all future periods.

2. Resident Candidacy (Second & Third Month):
After one month, if mutual alignment of values and collaboration is evident, the financial contribution ceases, and the individual transitions to a Resident Candidate.

3. Residency Decision (End of Third Month):
At the conclusion of three months, the current residents and the candidate collectively decide if Olive Juice will become the candidate’s long-term home.

This decision is based on shared values, work ethic, and the ability to integrate harmoniously into the community.
