Located just over an hour away from Merida (the capital city of the Yucatan), residents of TerraVitae are completely off grid, living a self-sustainable life, however you are still located close enough to Merida for regular trips if required.
TerraVitae is more than just a land development where you can build your own home. We are a full service provider helping you with your residency, construction and any other plans you have while living in Mexico. We are with you from the time you step off the plane to the time you move into your new home and beyond.
