How can we deal with the complexities which arise when groups and individuals with different levels of privileges interact trying to make changes?
How can we facilitate hot conflicts and transform their energies into special medium that makes more alive communities?
A 2,5 days of training-course where we will mix theory, experiential skill-based exercises and group processes, mastering our facilitation skills and sharing relationship and community experiences.
