Anyone who has anger/violence issues.
Anyone with addictions.

Anyone who likes to impose, involve others with their problems and/or force their views on others.
Anyone who cannot contribute in some meaningful way that is actually helpful.
Anyone who is a taker, loud or lazy.
Anyone who wants to have parties/gatherings/loud music.
Anyone who requires medical attention or monitoring.
Anyone who has noisy & loud kids/teens, pets or animals.
Anyone who hates their current city lives so much that they just want out, with little to no consideration & planning.
We are not a charity organization nor do we receive any funding or grants from anywhere. We are all trying to live a quiet & sustainable life within our means.
If you are looking for sponsorship, help with immigration or employment, we are not able to accommodate.
We are also not equipped or trained to assist anyone with any physical, mental or other disabilities.

Anyone who can use their physical strength, financial resources and/or other skills(carpentry, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ingenuity, animal husbandry, cooking/baking, gardening, sewing/textile, fundraising, marketing, musical, art,……………) to contribute to the community’s prosperity.
Anyone who wants to be a part of a likeminded community with peace & quiet, safety and simpler life at it’s core.
Anyone who has been readying themselves for some time by studying, leaning skills, researching, soul searching and allowing for difficulties & hardship that this new chapter will present.
The process will start with a lengthy interview/screening.
Successful applicants will then be permitted to park their trailer on the land or build a humble home either mobile/portable or on perman
