Un Curso intensivo orientado a principiantes y también a practicantes habituales de meditación que deseen profundizar en los fundamentos de la misma, especialmente a los que se encuentren desmotivados o estancados en su práctica y deseen retomarla con mayor vitalidad. Impartido por Cristina Vega, psicóloga y instructora de Mindfulness 1 Objetivos del Taller de Iniciación: Acercar al principiante a la experiencia del observador. Practicar las bases de la meditación: Atención y Concentración. Acercar a los fundamentos del Budismo y las distintas escuelas y técnicas de meditación. Ejercicios para aplicar en la vida cotidiana. Desarrollar Conciencia Plena. La meditación y sus técnicas 2 Metodología: Cuatro bloques de 75 minutos con descanso en medio en los que se alternarán breves explicaciones teóricas con prácticas guiadas y ejercicios. The desire to experience a lively, loving connection with others leads many people to live in community. So ‘clan’ here is a symbol of the family we choose for ourselves and the idea that unique individuals can join together to form one lively, living organism.In order to see what that can look like in practice, this year’s Summer Camp is dedicated to the following research questions: What conditions are needed for love and liveliness to arise? Are ‘clans’ a possible form for that? And is all of that just a nice utopian idea? … let’s find out! ZEGG Summer Camp 2015 … is a practical 11-day experiment for those seeking a life to match their dreams – whether personal or social. Supported by teams from ZEGG, “clan groups” of 20-30 people will meet daily to share, conduct ZEGG Forum and explore specific issues in more depth. Events in the Big Top, joint rituals and parties will bring the whole camp together again. An important role will also be played by lectures and workshops by external speakers and those from ZEGG. Open Space sessions will offer guests the opportunity to contribute their own skills and abilities, set off on their own journeys of exploration, and encounter each other. How do we come to a place of peace, compassion, forgiveness and life-affirming action? Both leading edge science and ancient wisdom traditions point us inwards for the answer. For almost 60 years the Findhorn Foundation aspires to live from the heart and raise awareness of how the inner world creates the outer world. In this documentary you will go with us on a journey to see how our ‘inner climate’ relates to the topic of climate change. And how changing from within will create the change we need. The INNER CLIMATE CHANGE documentary focuses on the very personal experiences, insights and responses to the climate crisis, of people who participated in the Climate Change and Consciousness conference (CCC19) held in 2019 at the Findhorn Ecovillage in the northeast of Scotland. Conference participants included 350 youngers and elders of multiple ethnicities and diverse genders from 45 countries. Featured in the documentary are notable experts as well as deeply committed climate activists.

Ventilación natural (refrescar-calentar ambientes, fresqueras, etc.). Radiadores de agua caliente, bombas caseras. – Información practica sobre autoconstrucción referente a: cargador de baterías con bici-dinamo, bici-lavadora, radiador solar casero de agua caliente, bomba de ariete, bomba solar de impulsos, experiencias personales sobre la construcción de motor magnético y otros inventos posibles. – Contaminaciones electromagnéticas: Agentes contaminantes (telefonía móvil, sistemas inalámbricos, cables de alta tensión, electrodomésticos,…). Interferencia en los seres vivos. Cómo protegerse. – Energía en los números: Geometría sagrada, perfección en las proporciones de la naturaleza. El taller esta pensado como una convivencia, un compartir, una interacción dinámica entre tod@s, más que como alguien que imparte y otr@s que reciben.
