Greencross Eco Village & Olympuss Centre for Deep Ecology and Ecosophy. Human civilization is heading fast to a dead end due to unsustainability. Self-centered developmental pattern adopted by man ignoring the fact that he is an integral part of a large system called Nature and the Universe has now proven to be detrimental. Olympuss Center for deep Ecology and Ecosophy is a vision enabling man to find his own integral position in the Ecosystem helping him to regain the balance that he has distorted and find true peace and happiness thereby leading to integrated sustainable development.Olympuss teach Ecosophy as a connecting link between ancient traditional wisdom and the latest in material science, the Quantum Science. This automatically leads us to Ecospirituality where one can find own answers to the various problems faced by human beings and to the various unsustainable chaos happening consequent to his intervention in Nature, Society and in his own body systems. With this vision, Olympuss has planned a Campus for Teaching and Research on Deep Ecology, Ecosophy and its practical applications through cross-disciplinary subjects. Applied Ecosophy will show us the way to comprehensive sustainable ways to live coherently. This Center will be developing sustainable technologies, products and modalities and will be imparting the knowhow and train people through a vocational institute to take up Green Entrepreneurship, Green jobs, Permaculture ventures etc. There will be also a center for developing human rhythmic balances (balancing rhythm and logic) to enable him to deal better with people in day today life and for fine performing arts, which are being forgotten. Olympuss plan to create a model Ecovillage self reliant and self -sustainable to host these institutions. The proposed self sustainable village will have green Buildings for the Olympus Ashram, Teaching Institutions, Research Facilities, Library, Training Centers, Community hall/auditorium for performing arts, Cottages for inmates and visitors, Wellbeing Centers, Organic food source from Permaculture in the Campus and a Wholesome Food Kitchen. Olympuss also envisages model Green Employment/Green Business Villages for integrated and sustainable development. Olympus is starting a pilot project in Palghat Dist. Kerala. After showcasing the world what his vision intends to do he is planning to acquire a pure virgin land inside forest with the backdrop of mountains and river somewhere in the Western Ghats as it will the best venue to host such a tribute to Mother Earth considering it’s rich biodiversity. The total project will be vested on Mother Earth under a Charity Trust, Green Cross Foundation.

Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content. Ecovillage INCUBATOR

The 10 days are aimed to raise awareness of the project “incubator” designed to meet the growing demand for training and information on the universe ecovillage, self-management or rural communities. A unique experience , designed for a minimum 30 and maximum 50 people, in which a group of members of the RIE to share our knowledge in a novel format. In addition, the conference will be eminently practical and operational, since training and workshops will be mainly oriented experimentation also help building a straw bale house, to activate the orchards with micro organisms, finish up a compost, neo-rural and other necessities. The primary audience will be the formation of groups, or with some history behind it but who want to learn to lay the foundation for a long and prosperous business. It is also providing a space for these groups to live together for the first time in a virtual community immersion, a “flight simulator”, taking possession of our space as if it were already yours actually. From the outset will have to learn how to decide all matters or issues that they will present. An invitation to all people who are attracted to alternative lifestyles, to play together and learn how to take one’s dreams to reality, to fly high but also how projects are grounded.
