We have cottages varying between 176 sft & 320 sft, which is sufficient to accommodate a couple of senior citizens. Each cottage will have a living and Bedroom with attached Bathroom and Toilets. All cottages are built in a 400 sft land and surrounded by beautiful landscaping to add an excellent aesthetic look.

Those who would like to invest at Kanchi Eco Village with assured returns can buy a cottage of their interest (whether 176 sft or 320 sft) along with a land space of 400 sft, which will be registered in their name. Either they can rent it out to the prospective tenants or they can use for their week end stay, if they are located in Chennai and its surrounding area. In case if they are interested to rent it out, we will identify the right tenant for you.
