What we do

The goal is to discover and develop approaches to community living in small groups of 150 people or less that consume less time, money and natural resources than the status quo while producing a higher quality of life, as measured through an app. This data will be shared freely on social media or for non-profit fees in person for the purpose of learning what does and doesn’t work in small communities. In a broader picture, such research over time gathered by an app may help the first 100 people on Mars or the Moon avoid mistakes and copy things that work out particularly well. On earth, it can provide guidance to others wishing to form pockets of sustainable living. These niche-cultures serve as seeds in the larger culture and perhaps 5% of the most successful protocols will make their way back and be adopted over time to the benefit of the larger culture.
We are under process of acquiring land in Costa Rica to develop a developing community for a small group of people. Below are some of the links to our work and goals.
