We are two brothers from the Télouat region in the Moroccan High Atlas Mountains, driven by a deep love for our homeland, its culture, and its breathtaking nature. After years of working in the tourism sector — managing guesthouses and welcoming travelers from all over the world — we are now ready to launch our own meaningful project: Telouat Royal.
Thanks to our strong ties with the local community and recent legal advancements, we were granted two plots of land in one of the most spectacular panoramic locations in the area — a rare and precious opportunity. Though we do not have the financial capital, we are fully committed to bringing this project to life through our land, experience, management skills, and local knowledge.
Our vision is to create a traditional Moroccan guesthouse that respects the local architecture, uses natural and sustainable materials, and provides a deep cultural experience for guests. We are inspired by the values of simplicity, hospitality, beauty, and respect for nature.
We believe that tourism can be a powerful tool for cultural preservation and rural regeneration — not just a business. For this reason, we are looking for a like-minded partner or co-investor who values authenticity over profit, and who dreams of co-owning a unique, peaceful space in the mountains.
Together, we hope to create a warm, beautiful place that welcomes guests from around the world while empowering the local community and protecting the land.
