What we do

Are you sick and tired of the hustle and bustle of urban living? Are you concerned over the health of you and your family with pollution from traffic, factories and other man made toxins which you are exposed to on a daily basis? Are you wanting to rid yourself of the chemicals and pesticides found in the food that is sold at the local supermarkets? If so, then it’s time to move to TerraVitae.
TerraVitae is an ecovillage made up of 180 lots (spread over 3 stages of development) based in the Yucatan State in Mexico, which provides a community of like-minded people looking to live off the earth, and have a happier and healthier lifestyle. Our focus is health, happiness, and a peaceful way of living away from the toxic modern way of life. Although a community of likeminded people, you are able to live your life individually, on your own block of land, and build the home of your dreams. Located just over an hour away from Merida (the capital city of the Yucatan), residents of TerraVitae are completely off grid, living a self-sustainable life, however you are still located close enough to Merida for regular trips if required.
TerraVitae is more than just a land development where you can build your own home. We are a full service provider helping you with your residency, construction and any other plans you have while living in Mexico. We are with you from the time you step off the plane to the time you move into your new home and beyond.
