En un entorno tranquilo y simpático elaboraremos de manera fácil lo que hacían nuestras abuelas. Sábado 19 por la mañana (10:00 a 13:00): Hablaremos de la historia del jabón y aprenderemos recetas fáciles con las que elaboraremos algunos jabones. Usaremos dos técnicas diferentes, jabones con sosa y jabones con glicerina. Sábado 19 por la tarde (17:00 a 20:00): Hablaremos de los diferentes tipos de cremas y bálsamos, de los materiales necesarios para su elaboración y durante el taller haremos un bálsamo y una crema en función de los intereses de las personas que participen en el taller. Domingo 20 por la mañana (10:00 a 13:00): Hablaremos principalmente del áloe vera, sus propiedades y su utilidad dentro de la cosmética natural. We are excited to announce the ninth extended PERMACULTURE DESIGN COURSE (PDC) that will be hosted in Tinos Eco-lodge welcoming for the fourth time Peter Cow from England and assistant teachers Nicolas Bedau from Greece, Bram van Overbeeke from Holand. Peter, Bram and Nico will combine their skills from both Northern and Southern ecosystems and climatic conditions and will put emphasis on Social permaculture as well as Regenerative agriculture, with lots of hands on and practicals during the course. This PDC is fully certified by the Permaculture Association (Britain). The course will be taught in English. The Permaculture Design Certificate The Permaculture Design Certificate is an 80 hour theoretical course based on Bill Mollison’s Designers Manual, and the 35 years of creativity, research and development in the worldwide Permaculture movement since. It explores how we can use today’s tools and technology to create a more sustainable world. Permaculture is not only about growing vegetables and animals, it is a whole sustainable lifestyle such as creating community, developing efficient and beautiful homes and growing healthy, happy people. Permaculture ethics are Earth Care, People Care and Return of Surplus and this is taught by showing students to focus on local resources and their local community, and to have well thought out design practices to create abundance sustainably. In this course we added 2 extra days to have more time for practicals and hands on experience. Peter, Bram, and Nikos will share their wide knowledge and experience as well as their creative teaching techniques to guide us through the principles of permaculture, gaining a thorough understanding of how we can use our natural resources for our own sustenance while restoring and taking care of the earth. Yoga Integral, meditaciones en la naturaleza, conexión con los elementos, senderismo consciente, cantos devocionales “mantras” y más… Guiado por Manuel Robles “Kirtan Raja” profesor de yoga integral. Estaremos en plena naturaleza en el Paraje Natural de Karsts en Yesos de Sorbas, un oasis en el desierto. Todos los días de 8.00 a 10.00 realizaremos una sesión de yoga integral. Despues desayuno y un poquito de tiempo para descansar. Y hasta la hora de la comida diversas actividades como: meditaciones guiadas, actividades de contacto con los elementos: agua, fuego, tierra.. en lugares especiales y mágicos del valle. Comida y tiempo para descansar, disfrutar del valle, del rio que es fantástico…sol@ o en compañia de otr@s participantes. Por la tarde más dinámicas de senderismo – paseos conscientes, danza meditativa, conexión con el sonido, el color, etc… siempre guiados a conectar con nuestro interior, nuestro ser autentico, con la ayuda de la naturaleza y de las dinámicas.. Por las noches haremos cantos devocionales – mantras o kirtans. Una noche tambien habrá sauna y otra, una actividad con la luna llena en la naturaleza.
