During our action week from 03.-09. February 2020 in Arensnest we free our old farm from a legacy of waste to make space for new ideas and projects around communal life in the countryside. Our doors are open from 10am-5pm for anyone who wants to help. Between work and food we watch watch together the Communities for Future online summit which will take place simultaneously (https://ecovillage.org/events/add/category/summit-hub/) to get inspired by the various people who work towards a culture of change on the light of the climate crisis.

Dance with Gaia: Process Your Community will focus on the wisdom of Arnold Mindell, the founder of Process Work or Process-oriented psychology. Process Work uses awareness to track psychological and physical processes that illuminate and possibly resolve inner, relationship, community and world issues. To track and follow the processes mean to follow the nature, by following the visible and subtle signals coming from people and events. This means respecting individuals, groups, and the environment, exploring reality and also the dream and essence levels of events. By doing this we often gain more understanding and get surprising temporary solutions as well. WHAT WE WILL LEARN TOGETHER: -3 levels of experiences -Rank awareness -The structure of process -Concept of edge -Inner work -4 phases in group process Apart from the above, Dance with Gaia: Process Your Community will take participants to learn: -how to use Process work as a methodology to work on personal issues and help supporting other to work with his/her issues -how to approach and facilitate conflict and how to listen and embrace all voices -how to deal with differences and diversity to enrich individual and group potential -for those who are interested in facilitation skills to work in dyads or triads and hopefully, to have opportunity to do group work.

We are creating a local hub for the “Communities for Future” online summit to watch and discuss interviews for the participants of a 2-week restoration experience at the Ecosystem Restoration Camp Altiplano.
