This 2 day meditation retreat is set in the stunning rugged mountainside of Southern Andalucia in an Eco-Education centre. We will be focusing on how to find deeper connections with others, but also with ourselves and our surroundings. The retreat will consist of silent meditation sessions, interactive sessions and exercises to explore and deepen the act of ‘connecting’. There will also be some time to go for walks in nature and connect to the desertlike, rural landscape we find ourselves in. As this is a short retreat, you could make the most of your trip by combining it with some time off to explore the area and visit the nature reserve Cabo de Gata, the beaches along the Costa de Sol or drive up to the mountain range of Las Alpujarras or the Sierra Nevada. Beginners as well as experienced meditators are welcome on this retreat. Cost: 110 € This includes basic accomodation, 3 vegetarian meals a day, from local, organic produce and the meditation teachings Siggy Verelst: il***********@***il.com
