Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content. Hola, amigos y amigas. Este año queremos celebrar en la Ecoaldea de Matavenero el I encuentro de educación libre del lugar. El año pasado, en el hermoso ambiente de Hervás nos juntamos un grupo de personas con unos intereses comunes en torno a la crianza y a la educación. En ese mismo lugar, nos comprometimos a realizar el segundo encuentro en nuestra aldea, y para nosotros es un orgullo poder organizar esto para tod@s vosotr@s El título del encuentro es:. Crianza natural con naturalidad y está enfocado a aunar fuerzas y fomentar un entorno de comunicación y convivencia donde se muestren diferentes iniciativas individuales y grupales de la península en torno a la crianza y educación , creando una atmósfera de ilusión y empoderamiento grupal. ¿Qué nos ofrece Matavenero durante este encuentro? Naturaleza y naturalidad. No podemos ofrecer más de lo que somos y aquello con lo que vivimos. Aquí tenemos una zona de acampada,> tierra para mancharse, árboles para trepar, fuentes para bañarse, caminos para dejarse llevar, aire para sentir, frutos que comer, risas de niñ@s y de adult@s, música en el ambiente, carretillos voladores, hogueras nocturnas y magia. Durante unos días podremos ser duendes. Queremos que este encuentro nos transporte a una atmósfera de sencillez, humildad y curiosidad. Nos regale una mirada de niñ@. El encuentro será espacio de expresión para todas las iniciativas y personas, sin crear pretensiones ni aspiraciones más allá que las de empoderarnos como padres, como acompañantes, como colectivos y como grupo. Relajarnos y sentir la capacidad innata del ser humano para criar y educar, a todos los niveles y desde todas las estructuras. Que nos volvamos conscientes de que el mero hecho de haber vivido implica que tenemos mucho que aportar a nuestr@s pequeñ@s, y por nuestra condición de seres tribales, la cultura, los grupos de apoyo y la red familiar son la base del crecimiento del ser humano, allí donde se encuentran todas las herramientas

This conversation will expose the challenges of getting funding on the ground, and explore opportunities to resolve this dilemma.
