A valley with a stream, a spring, and a beautiful ecosystem that I’ve been tending for seven years and that I’d love to share with others who feel drawn to living simply in nature (1.4 hectares).
Being self-sufficient thanks to the abundance of nature. A place with a microclimate that allows for year-round nettles and lush vegetation, enough sun to live off a solar system, and several water resources.
There’s a ruin on the property that could potentially be renovated. Or you could live in a tipi or yurt.
A peaceful place without being isolated, as there’s access to a train or bus station in the village, a 20-minute walk away. Access to the property requires a vehicle capable of handling dirt roads.
