La celebración del Yule tiene origen pre-cristiana. Constituía sobre todo una fiesta de la familia y estuvo siempre dedicada a la fertilidad, a los solsticios y a la familia. Era una festividad donde también se recordaba a los ancestros, los amigos ausentes, y la mesa donde se celebraba la fiesta se preparaba con esplendor y magnificencia.

Nos divertiremos, jugaremos, nos ejercitaremos, meditaremos, practicaremos mientras aprendemos sobre fundamentos de la ecología fuera y dentro de nosotros. El enfoque es eco-espiritual, en el cual, en todo momento se hace una toma de consciencia del cuidado de la naturaleza exterior (ecología exterior) y de nuestro SER (ecología interior). Con un perfil de síntesis, reunimos el conocimiento ancestral con los modernos avances del conocimiento y técnicas ecológicas. We will have fun, play, we will exercise, meditate, we practice as we learn about fundamentals of ecology outside and inside us. The approach is eco-spiritual, in which at all times taking care consciousness of external nature (exterior ecology) and inside (inner ecology) becomes.
