Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content. Es una invitación a abandonarnos con confianza a la dimensión sensorial y afectiva, en un viaje a nuestro maravilloso mundo interior, inspirados en las teorías de Gandhi, Marshall Rosemberg y Pat Patfoort. Objetivos: * Análisis de los modelos de relación-comunicación que utilizamos habitualmente. * Introducción y prácticas de las técnicas de Comunicación Profunda Programa: “Ojo por ojo y todo el mundo acabará ciego”. Mahatma Gandhi La primera parte del taller consiste en tomar de conciencia personal sobre cuáles son nuestras formas habituales de relación comunicación. Según Path Patfoort, en las relaciones humanas existe un desequilibrio Mayor-menor que representa la base de la violencia, expresado a través de nuestras reacciones de defensa, evitación o ataque, desencadenadas ante otras personas, y que se manifiesta en tres modelos constantes de relación-comunicación. Identificar y analizar estos modelos nos ayuda a constatar cómo nuestra fuerza vital se pervierte en violencia, visible o invisible, consciente o inconsciente. Design for life with Permaculture Permaculture offer us new ways of thinking, doing and being that can be use individually and collectively to create sustainable human cultures in harmony with nature. 90 hours course with PDC International Certificate. The course program includes: ethics and principles, design processes, basics of ecology, water management, soil building, plants for permaculture systems, ecobuilding, energy, new economies, with regenerative ideas for: home, garden, neighbourhood, community, region….all supported by practicals, and additional topics such as deep ecology, Dragon Dreaming design…. During these 2 weeks we will have the opportunity to experience Permaculture alive in our day by day, as we will be living in an off-grid low impact “eco” village Los Molinos. We’ll be part of a community of teachers, participants and collaborators, creating spaces for inter-conexion, skills exchange and self organise workshops; and also spaces for dreaming and celebrating together!!
