An international training course on deep communication and empathic leadership skills for actors in European / international projects.
Evolutionary change needs new leadership qualities. The zeitgeist is a calling for a transformation of fear-based behavior into participatory action with co-empowerment, transparency, connection and flow. Social competencies necessary for this transition are made up of two ingredients: the ability to benefit from conflict and the ability to create cooperation.
Cooperative Communication is a key skill enabling project leaders to enter into new forms of contact with themselves, with people around them and with their environment. It includes deeper listening and empathy to connect us with the context in which we act and it supports integrative growth.
In this training course we will experience different approaches to connected communication through the tools of non-violent and inter-cultural communication, deep ecology and ZEGG Forum. We want to explore a) how to get into deeper contact with ourselves and b) different methods of collective intelligence in order to enter new ways of empathic leadership and achieve higher quality in projects.
