eco.villages is a non profit organisation focusing on finding a sustainable future for Switzerland villages and small towns– and by extension for rural communities around the world. Our congress theme this year will be “Architecture & planification for prosperity of villages and small towns”. We worked with Harvard University Graduate school of design to propose 10 sustainable projects for a mountain village (based on the real village of Les Diablerets). Harvard students as well as professor and architect Toshiko Mori will present their work on August 28th. Architects, politics and specialist will participate to the debates.
