An international training course on empathic leadership and deep communication skills. Our social competence is rooted in the possibility to offer empathy, to benefit from conflict and to create cooperation. Deep communication enables new forms of contact with ourselves, with the people around us and with the environment. It connects us with the context in which we act and supports integrative growth.
In this training we will experience different approaches to non-violent and intercultural communication, deep ecology and Forum.
