Hola, amigos y amigas.
Desde Matavenero queremos invitaros a todos a disfrutar de estos dias con nosotros por lo que la participación de este primer encuentro sera gratuita, habilitaremos una zona de acampada libre y varias zonas para la practica de los talleres.
Este año nos disponemos a celebrar nuestro 24 aniversario con la realización de un encuentro de musica y danzas, en este primer encuentro sera el continente africano el que comparta con nosotros parte de su cultura musical. Disfrutaremos durante estos dias de clases de danza senegalesa y danza del vientre acompañados de cursos de percusión de estas dos areas del planeta.

Contamos con la colaboración de LAM FALL grupo senegales que pisa por primera vez nuestras tierras en especial disfrutaremos de la sabiduria del maestro Balag que nos mostrara un amplio repertorio de ritmos y bailes tradicionales de senegal.

La parte de danza orienta correra por parte de Rachida Aharrat de origen Marroquí y afincada en Barcelona, con una amplia experiencia en la enseñanza de danza del vientre en nuestro pais y tambien disfrutaremos de danza fusion oriental de la Mano de Monica Sade . En la percusion oriental nos encontraremos a Cuke miembro del grupo Jabardeusque se formó en el arte de la darbuoka en las lejanas tierras de Egipto.

Durante el fin de semana a parte de las actuaciones de nuestros maestros disfrutaremos de una gran variedad de grupos musicales que no nos dejaran ni un solo minuto sin movernos, Retumba y sus ritmos fricanos, el grupo local de agropunk Una Puta Mierda, el raggae con estilo nos lo traen Blueskank, viajaremos entre Cuba y España con los sonidos de Comando Rumba y nos adentraremos en el mundo del beat box a los mandos del increible Viru.

Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content.
