Vous vous questionnez sur votre habitat ? Vous aimeriez plus de liens, de solidarité, de partage avec vos voisins ? Créer un habitat participatif, en mutualisant des espaces, des objets, pourquoi pas, mais comment procéder ? Par quoi commencer ? Cette formation s’adresse à vous !

Elle vous aidera à :
* faire le point sur vos envies et définir votre habitat idéal
* connaître des exemples d’habitats participatifs existants
* expérimenter une prise de décision en équivalence
* vous approprier des outils afin de trouver ou créer un groupe.

« Pendant ces deux jours, je vais vous accompagner pour mieux comprendre ce que « construire ou rejoindre un habitat participatif » signifie. Sur la base de mon expérience, je vous ferai vivre des moments d’intelligence collective et vous guiderai sur les étapes à franchir. »
Une formation à destination des groupes qui débutent ou des particuliers/professionnels intéressés par l’habitat participatif.

Détail de l’accompagnement

Jour 1 : Cette journée sera consacrée à mieux connaître son habitat idéal. Par une succession d’animations, vous serez amenés à visualiser votre habitat idéal, à vous poser des questions, repérer vos valeurs fortes. Nous aborderons l’importance du facteur humain et de la raison d’être du groupe. Nous expérimenterons une décision en équivalence autour d’une étape importante d’un groupe : le choix des espaces communs.

Jour 2 : Cette journée sera consacrée à choisir entre trouver ou créer un groupe d’habitants. Pour cela nous explorerons des exemples de projet, nous décortiquerons les étapes qui composent la création d’un projet et nous prendrons le temps de comprendre le rôle d’un fondateur de groupe. Nous finirons par balayer les outils existants pour poursuivre son projet en autonomie (bibliographie, structures, sites Internet, magazines…).

Hi! I’m Eva, and I run social media for GEN International — the global network connecting ecovillages, intentional communities, and regenerative culture-builders across every continent. I’m looking for a co-conspirator to help me tell the stories of the people quietly building the future: off-grid villages in the Philippines, permaculture farms in Senegal, urban cohousing projects in Berlin, elders passing down land wisdom in the Andes. It’s a wildly rich, wildly underrepresented world, and I want more people to fall in love with it the way I have. What you’ll actually do: Dream up and create content for Instagram and LinkedIn (reels, carousels, stories, captions that don’t sound like a corporate newsletter) Dig into our global network and turn your findings into stories people want to share Pitch your own ideas. If there’s a series, a theme, a format, or a corner of the network that lights you up, that’s what I want you to focus on. What we’re looking for: A natural storyteller, someone who can spot the human thread in a project update or a photo from a faraway village Genuinely curious about ecovillages, sustainability, intentional community, regenerative living Self-motivated and communicative; this is a flexible, trust-based role Why this role: This isn’t a “post 3x a week and don’t ask questions” internship. You’ll have real creative freedom to work on what excites you, learn how a global grassroots network tells its story, and build a portfolio full of meaningful, purpose-driven content.
