El Camino del Élder es un curso semi-presencial divido en 3 grandes bloques: * El aprendizaje de la convivencia * El arte de la facilitación * Habilidades de elderazgo Cada bloque consta de cuatro presenciales (fines de semana, 12-15h cada uno) para hacer en tres meses. El primer bloque, El Aprendizaje de la Convivencia, es una introducción a los procesos grupales. Es un bloque adecuado para cualquier persona que quiera mejorar sus relaciones de convivencia (familia, amigos…) o de trabajo (compañeros, empleados…). En el segundo bloque, El Arte de la Facilitación, se introducen diversas herramientas y técnicas para mejorar los procesos de un grupo en diferentes contextos: toma de decisiones, indagación, gestión de conflictos y complejidad. Este es un bloque adecuado para cualquier persona que quiere crear un emprendimiento socialmente sostenible o ayudar a que su grupo u organización mejore sus procesos sociales y sus estructuras organizativas. Durante el tercer bloque, Habilidades de elderazgo, se introducen y trabajan habilidades personales para ganar confianza, autenticidad y apertura en nuestras relaciones grupales, desarrollar una actitud creativa ante la vida, conectando con nuestro poder interior y aprendiendo a fluir en un mundo cada vez más complejo y cambiante. in**@**************er.org

Our 2-week long Permaculture Design courses give a rich, comprehensive introduction to living, designing and creating in harmony with nature. They also offer a once-in-a-lifetime experience of community living and the dynamics involved in successful social projects. Expect to gain practical answers and solutions for the challenges of today, and immerse yourself in a transformative lifestyle designed for yourself, the global community and our planet to thrive.

The 10 days are aimed to raise awareness of the project “incubator” designed to meet the growing demand for training and information on the universe ecovillage, self-management or rural communities. A unique experience , designed for a minimum 30 and maximum 50 people, in which a group of members of the RIE to share our knowledge in a novel format. In addition, the conference will be eminently practical and operational, since training and workshops will be mainly oriented experimentation also help building a straw bale house, to activate the orchards with micro organisms, finish up a compost, neo-rural and other necessities. The primary audience will be the formation of groups, or with some history behind it but who want to learn to lay the foundation for a long and prosperous business. It is also providing a space for these groups to live together for the first time in a virtual community immersion, a “flight simulator”, taking possession of our space as if it were already yours actually. From the outset will have to learn how to decide all matters or issues that they will present. An invitation to all people who are attracted to alternative lifestyles, to play together and learn how to take one’s dreams to reality, to fly high but also how projects are grounded. We are invited to expand and explore our response to the climate emergency. This online summit from Feb 1 to Feb 10 is hosted by the Global Ecovillage Network, based in Scotland. Participants in Billings will have the opportunity Feb 6 to gather as a Hub and enter into an engaging dialogue that allows participants to reflect on the climate emergency, how it affects our community, how we are responding, and what we have learned from this week of online presentations.
