“Le Mallouestan” was created in an attempt to find a responsible way of living. In the middle of the French countryside, we founded a 10ha animal sanctuary and a self-sufficient eco-community.
We grow fruit and vegetables (permaculture), wheat, and cereal that we transform into flour and bread; we plant trees and restore ecosystems.
