We propose a solution to solve the basic need of energy to rural and marginalized communities to perform the everyday activities and also saving them some amount of money that can aid them towards a better livelihood.
The solution is Briquetting Products including Briquetting Lever Press/Briquetting Jack.
These products serve the purpose of making Briquettes using various type of BIOMASS/Agricultural waste available to rural communities in abundant quantities. What we are proposing is having Waste-to-Energy.
All it needs is to prepare an appropriate mixture of the available waste and using either of our product, the mixture is then compressed manually to intensify the mixture and make Briquettes. Then, these Briquettes are dried in direct sunlight for approximately 16-24 hours before using it, for cooking and other purposes, effectively and efficiently.
What makes our product unique is that it does not use any sort of electricity. Just by the application of manual force, the Briquettes are made.
There is also the availability of automatic Briquetting machines in the market with high production capacity, but are very costly and also uses a lot of electrical energy. And rural communites has neither of the things, money to afford such costly machines nor the availability of electricity to make use of the automatic Briquetting machines.
So, keeping in minds all these problems, we propose a solution of Manual Briquetting Products.
Rural parts of the world are without or very limited access to electricity, cooking gas, etc. In such areas, people face a challenge to do everyday activities, the most common is cooking food. These communities rely on firewood, coal, etc to cook food which is harmful to their health and environment. BIOMASS BRIQUETTES can be used in place of coal, firewood. But, the machines that make BRIQUETTES are all electric so we provide a solution of Briquetting equipment which does not use electricity.
Nature provides the solution to all problems.
