Ruth Phillips

I am co-owner of Chateau de Cautine and the founder of this project. I have a background in social enterprise, business and project creation. I am passionate about nature and offering practical solutions to help change this world in whatever way I can. I believe that individualism, greed, meaninglessness and self absorption have created enormous suffering. Eco villages can help people connect to their loving, giving and nurturing real selves as well as to nature which follows these principles and from which we can learn. Communities are where we can care for each other, learn from each other and have an integrated, meaningful life. I have been living in France for the past 7 years during the process of applying for permission for this project to take place on this property.

Primary interests: Ecology, philosophy, spirituality, personal & social development, world events, monetary systems
