Saulius

Saulius is a natural farming pioneer and long-time advocate in Lithuania, designing and implementing natural farming projects and taking care of his own natural farm. As of 2016, he has written three books on the theme which became quite popular among Lithuanian audience. Lithuanian school of natural farming - initiated and led by Saulius, focuses upon how each of us can better trust nature, while leaving most of the land work to naturally occurring soil formation processes. He has also held many seminars and lectures on the subjects of natural farming, ancient agricultural practices and cultivated species, and - true ecology.

Through Saulius’ work at his own farm and country-wide natural farming advocacy attempts are made to preserve and propagate ancient domestic animal species, cultivate rare and old species of fruit tries, berry bushes and vegetables. Consultations concerning the design and implementation of the natural farm and its parts as well as traditional agricultural plants and animal reproduction issues are widely accessible upon a visit at his natural farm.
