Co-Creation Organizer
I was born in 1978 in Sweden. I started doing meditation as a child and continued in the Zen tradition. I have studied and worked as a computer consultant and programmer in my own company since 1998. I have a deep interest in Empathic Communication and conflict management. I became a political activist in 2004 and started the Swedish Truth Movement. In 2017 I started Shambala Center in Portugal where I teach and hold retreats.
