We currently have a waiting list for new residents. You can find the form on our website, www.theemeraldvillage.com. All residents at EVO work 4 hours a week on the land, as well as participate in governing circles within sociocracy. Circles include Land, Maintenance, Education and Outreach, Human Relations, and Finance.
