The OASIS Center for Conscious Living Our Eco Resort & Village is situated in the Andean highlands of Ecuador, 20 min from Cuenca.

Our teaching center and community is devoted to Conscious Living.  This way of living is essentially Taoist, embracing nature and the elements.  Our core spirituality is defined by the phrase “chop wood and carry water.”  We enjoy a pristine environment with beautiful air and water coming from the Amazon basin to our East.  Our length of day stays exactly at 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark, a perfect balance, at 2 degrees south of the equator.  At 8500′ above sea level we enjoy daytime temps between 65 and 75 every day of the year.
