As a founding resident, you will:

Tasty vegetarian food and comfortable sleeping will be provided for all residents and volunteers.
We all work around 32-hour weekly as loving and mindful stewards of the land, guests, and ourselves.
Joining Olive Juice as a resident is a journey of mutual trust and alignment. To ensure compatibility and shared purpose, we follow these steps:
1. Volunteer Period (First Month):
Get to know the community, join transformative workshops, and settle into the serenity of the land.
2. Resident Candidacy (Second & Third Month):
After one month, if mutual alignment of values and collaboration is evident, the individual transitions to a Resident Candidate.
3. Residency Decision (End of Third Month):
At the conclusion of three months, the current residents and the candidate collectively decide if Olive Juice will become the candidate’s long-term home.
This decision is based on shared values, work ethic, and the ability to integrate harmoniously into the community.
A residential project: people live here as their primary home.
An institution, business, network, or project that isn’t a residence (e.g. a learning center, farm, or network with no one living there full-time).
