I am a development practicener and a storry teller, I am trained in social sciences, human rights, rural development and management studies. I have started my career as grassroots worker in a development organization then worked in different terrains of my country, India from the clold desert to ilands of sundaraban (Biodiversity hotspot). In various projects like natural resources management, health, education, tribal culture conservation, street vendors rights etc. After couple of years, I must say accidentally I become an entrepreneur, and I started my own organizing (ngo) simultaneously a for profit venture to sustain the NGO. After 9 years of running the business I realized that my business is dominating my NGO and I am loosing hope on that. Then finally I have sold out my business and now involved full-time in my NGO.
