Yoga Integral, meditaciones en la naturaleza, conexión con los elementos, senderismo consciente, cantos devocionales “mantras” y más…

Guiado por Manuel Robles “Kirtan Raja” profesor de yoga integral.
Estaremos en plena naturaleza en el Paraje Natural de Karsts en Yesos de Sorbas, un oasis en el desierto.

Todos los días de 8.00 a 10.00 realizaremos una sesión de yoga integral.
Despues desayuno y un poquito de tiempo para descansar.
Y hasta la hora de la comida diversas actividades como: meditaciones guiadas, actividades de contacto con los elementos: agua, fuego, tierra.. en lugares especiales y mágicos del valle.
Comida y tiempo para descansar, disfrutar del valle, del rio que es fantástico…sol@ o en compañia de otr@s participantes.

Por la tarde más dinámicas de senderismo – paseos conscientes, danza meditativa, conexión con el sonido, el color, etc… siempre guiados a conectar con nuestro interior, nuestro ser autentico, con la ayuda de la naturaleza y de las dinámicas..

Por las noches haremos cantos devocionales – mantras o kirtans.
Una noche tambien habrá sauna y otra, una actividad con la luna llena en la naturaleza.
No te cuento más para no estropear la sorpresa y maravilla de alguna de ellas :)

220€ Alojamiento y comida incluidos.
La comida es vegetariana, ecologica, local, sana y preparada con amor e intención.
El alojamiento será en habitación compartida en El Mirador de Los Molinos.

Talleres de cosmética natural

En un entorno tranquilo y simpático elaboraremos de manera fácil lo que hacían nuestras abuelas. Sábado 19 por la mañana (10:00 a 13:00): Hablaremos de la historia del jabón y aprenderemos recetas fáciles con las que elaboraremos algunos jabones. Usaremos dos técnicas diferentes, jabones con sosa y jabones con glicerina. Sábado 19 por la tarde (17:00 a 20:00): Hablaremos de los diferentes tipos de cremas y bálsamos, de los materiales necesarios para su elaboración y durante el taller haremos un bálsamo y una crema en función de los intereses de las personas que participen en el taller. Domingo 20 por la mañana (10:00 a 13:00): Hablaremos principalmente del áloe vera, sus propiedades y su utilidad dentro de la cosmética natural. Permaculture Design Course in Azores Islands - Portugal- Europe 2023

The New School Permaculture PDC is centred on the needs of the student so you get what you want and what you need with a course adapted to your projects, needs and dreams. This course is presented by creative non formal education methods, that are based on creating a bridge between the right and left side of the brain, so that the analytical and creative abilities of the students get fully stimulated and get the most out of the experience…for many people is the most empowering and inspiring transformative process of their lives…and they carry this with them everywere they go….and thats our goal. The course follows a set syllabus and leads to the internationally recognised Permaculture Design Certificate. Taught by Helder Valente of the New School Permaculture. Helder studied and worked with Bill Mollison, Sepp Holzer, Doug Bullock, Rosemary Morrow, Darren dougherty, Ernst Gotsh and others, and is now teaching all over the world, he started in 2009 teaching permaculture to students at the agriculture university and since then learning and teaching on many different climates. While living in the city he dedicated 3 years on developing a urban permaculture project in the center of Lisbon and co created several Permaculture Institutes worldwide. That’s how it all started. Helder never stopped and this last months spent his time working with Quechua farmers in the Andes and designing projects in the Amazon jungle. You can be part of the PDC and also chose to be part of the PFC, a course that will teach you for 5 days everything about food forests, Course will be in a beautifull farm in the North of Portugal. Communities for Future Online Summit

The Communities for Future Summit is an entirely free, online experience hosted by the Global Ecovillage Network (GEN).
