Paradise Valley is a community of (potential) residents, volunteers and learners progressing towards living self-sufficiently an addiction-free lifestyle on 22 acres of woodland and pasture in Herefordshire in the UK. We work the land and the woodland with a minimum of fossil fuels and a minimum of high technology. We use the Scott Peck Community Building process to facilitate our decision-making, which is consensual and embraces all views compatible with our ethos. We are also a wild-life sanctuary.
We are affiliated to the Living Land Trust which owns our land and which also owns other land on which community is being founded in the UK, Italy, Brazil and Poland. The Living Land Trust buys land on which rural, vegan, addiction-free, healthy communities may grow and which is dedicated in perpetuity for this purpose, with representatives from each of the communities acting as its Trustees.

Greetings!
I am a 53-year old single male (but look and feel 33) and a well-trained psychiatrist, epileptologist, manual, therapist and a gifted biofield energy healer.
I want to relocate and settle down finally (marry a lady) in a remote off-grid village like yours.
How can I go about it?
I speak fluent English and Russian.
I expect to hear from you soon.
May the blessings be,
Robin de Brea says

Hi there
We love the look of this n your philosophy!
We have looked at off grid but the communities we have seen eat the poor animals so we could not tolerate that
We currently live in porthcawl but getting tired of being slaves in the system
We have a good friend who lives in Hereford
Can we come to visit?
Thank you
Nic

Hi, I’m interested in visiting/staying. I’m a yoga teacher and do reiki and also have a chemistry degree. Spiritual folk like me don’t fit in the normal!
Thanks

Hi,
I would love to visit your community to get inspiration on how to get an ecovillage off the ground. I live in Québec, Canada and will come to England from the 10th to the 1st of September.
Hope I get the chance to meet you and part-take in your daily life for a few days 🙂
Thanks
Catherine

Hi there,
Looking for opportunities to move to a off grid, intentional community that values networking, coworking and bringing forgotten values back to our communities again.
Love
Nilufer
