GEN Ambassador, GEN Board of Trustees, GEN Regional Representative

Journalist, eco-activist, permaculturist, and environmental educator. Co-founder of the Latin American ecovillage network (CASA Latina) and current coordinator of the Brazilian ecovillage network (CASA Brasil). Ambassador of the Global Network of Ecovillages in Brazil and member of the Aratikum ecovillage (Instituto Bioregional do Cerrado, Alto Paraíso de Goiás). She is a facilitator and consultant for the organization Sociocracy Brasil, representative of the SoFA Permaculture Circle (Sociocracy for All), and author of the e-book: “Sociocracia, New Forms of Democracy in Latin America”.
She is a facilitator of the Latin American Hub for the Rights of Nature (GARN América Latina) and current co-councilwoman of Alto Paraíso de Goiás, through the Mandato Coletivo Permacultural (2021-2024), whose main mission is to give voice to the ecovillage movement, rights of nature, permaculture and sociocracy in Brazilian politics. It originates conferences, courses, and workshops in the areas of Permaculture, Sociocracy, Social Design, and Ecovillage Incubation. As a solution-based, multi-stakeholder alliance, GEN provides information, tools, examples, and representation to the expanding global network dedicated to demonstrating principles and practices of sustainability in their lifestyles and communities.
