Currently working as secretary for GEN-Africa. Sonita is currently combining an MSc in Integrative EcoSocial Design with Gaia University while representing the youth wing of GEN (NextGEN-Africa) and coordinating the Bafut Ecovillage project. She was born in Cameroon and has dedicated the last 4 years reconnecting young people to the land and carrying out youth entrepreneurship and cross-culture education programs through youth camps, and initiatives related to climate change adaptation. She is working as Executive Secretary for GEN-Africa where her passion for social change has led her into exploring green economy as possible solution to the growing rate of unemployment in rural Africa.

Improving on the Core Structure of GEN Africa
