The members of the Nomad community (including local residents living in the ecovillage) are united by shared ecological, social, economic, cultural, and spiritual values. In other words, our “eco-locals” seek alternatives that enable them to live in harmony with the natural world and the communities around them.
Most members embrace a healthy and balanced lifestyle, making conscious efforts to reduce waste, avoid unnecessary consumerism, minimize dependence on fossil fuels, and choose natural, locally sourced food whenever possible. Beyond minimizing their environmental impact, they strive to make choices that actively contribute to the regeneration and well-being of the environment.
Together, we aim to create a space that preserves and promotes the cultural and natural heritage of the Poarta Carpaților region (Bran, Moieciu, and Fundata) – an initiative designed to inspire future generations to live more consciously, sustainably, and in harmony with nature.
