“红岸社区实验”启动。
该项目源于AnotherLand项目2021年在松阳县参与的一场艺术活动，由此结识了许多志同道合的朋友。经过AnotherLand众多志愿者在2024年至2025年间长达半年的实地调研，并在丽水市、松阳县、赤首乡、乾村各级政府同仁的支持与鼓励下，一项全新的社区实验——“红岸实验”——于2025年10月在建于元初、位于松阴江畔的乾村正式启动。
该实验以乾村为起点，着力振兴整个赤首乡及其周边山林地区的文化，重现其古韵。实验旨在延续福州“南方生活实验”的开拓精神，吸引来自世界各地的居民，共同构建一个志同道合、可持续发展的社区模式。
我们迫切需要建立一个“新手训练场”，让各种不同的想法能够在更大的空间内进行实践和探索。这里有足够的空间同时孵化3-5个小型理想社区。拥有十余年丰富实践经验的社区和项目创始人、来自各个社会领域的资深合作伙伴、自给自足的先驱者、纪录片导演以及其他人士，都将与您合作，共同实践、完善并记录您初创的社区模式。
我们欢迎对乡村发展、生态设计、当代艺术、气候与环境以及离网建筑充满热情的合作伙伴前来交流思想、居住、参与社区建设并开展各种项目。
There are currently five long-term residents: Liang Geli, Li Mu, Tang Guanhua, Tu Tu, and Wu Jinan. The community currently implements a representative consensus decision-making mechanism. Residents inherently hold councilor status unless they voluntarily waive their decision-making rights. Upon recommendation by a resident or councilor and a unanimous vote by all councilors, one can become a new resident (councilor). The decision-making mechanism itself can be proposed and amended by councilors.
A residential project: people live here as their primary home.
