Herramientas para la Transición Interna, Grupal y Medioambiental En La Casa Encendida – Madrid El objetivo es explorar nuestras respuestas internas a la situación de nuestro mundo, coger fuerzas y prepararnos para tomar parte en la recuperación de la salud del medio ambiente y del planeta. Es un taller activo, con diversas actividades y dinámicas, algunas en grupo, en parejas y otras individuales ahondando en nuestro interior. Basado en: la Ecología Profunda y El Trabajo que Conecta de Nuevo y el Trabajo de Procesos, de la Psicología Orientada a Procesos y la Democracia Profunda. OBJETIVOS DEL TALLER proporcionar a las personas la oportunidad de experimentar y compartir con otros sus respuestas más íntimas a la condición actual de nuestro mundo (crisis ecológica, social, etc..) replantear su dolor por lo que sucede en la naturaleza en el mundo, como prueba de su interconexión en la red de la vida; y por lo tanto de su poder para participar en soluciones sostenibles. proporcionar a las personas conceptos de “sistemas” desde diversos enfoques: científico, la ecología profunda, tradiciones indígenas…, con ejercicios que revelan su rol en sus propias vidas. proporcionar métodos por los cuales la gente puede experimentar su interdependencia con la naturaleza, su responsabilidad, y la inspiración que puede extraer de las generaciones pasadas y futuras, y otras formas de vida. Ecovillage Youth Exchange Connecting youth and communities across continents This year five young people from Senegal and five young people from Germany will have the chance to share their knowledge about ecology and social justice while diving into each other’s cultures thanks to a collaborative project between GEN Africa and GEN Europe. The project envisions an exchange for young adults involved in the ecovillage movements in Africa and Europe, where we explore steps towards healing and reconciliation between and within the two continents. We will focus on youth empowerment through skill-building and exchange of knowledge around ecological living, education, and project development, working towards a regenerative and community-oriented future. In July-August 2022, a group of Senegalese youth will be welcomed into an ecovillage in Germany, then in November-December, the German participants will travel to either Guédé Chantier or Bambey Serere ecovillage in Senegal. During the exchange, the participants will explore the core question of how young adults in the ecovillage movement can empower and support each other in their activism for change while exploring steps towards healing and reconciliation between the African and European continents. The group will be accompanied by group leaders, and the process will be supported by trainers, facilitators, and a team of support volunteers. The outcome of the exchange will be guided by the participants’ skills, interests, and experiences – but it could result in new exchange projects, an exhibition, a film, or a theatre piece. Single-use cups are a major environmental issue. Even most so-called compostable cups end up in landfill. The aim of The Cup Project is to eliminate the use of disposable cups. The goal is to invite customers to reflect on the environmental impact of single-use and consider recyclable alternatives. The approach is an 8-week feasibility study, offering alternatives to single-use cups, “Koha Jars”, which we will provide to participating cafes in Grey Lynn for free. Prior to launching the project at the Grey Lynn cafes, there will be one month of collecting jars and making heat​bands for them. This will be facilitated by participating schools and community groups. Ongoing working groups will be set up for the entirety of the feasibility study.
