Akanchhya leads the Program Department at R-DIN. She is responsible for every component of project design and development including proposal writing and donor compliance. She has more than 7 years of experience in Project management for non-profit organizations. She has designed and implemented projects for women, youth, and local leaders. She has extensive knowledge and experience in the area of women development, environment conservation, governance, and peace & conflict. She holds a Masters’ degree in Development and Conflict Studies.
